Wes Doss

 

Wes is an internationally recognized emergency response, subject matter, and management instructor with over nineteen years of military and civilian criminal justice and emergency service experience, as well as significant operational time with both military and civilian special operations groups, protective service organizations, and technical rescue teams. He holds specialized instructor certifications from the U.S. Army, The U.S. Marine Corps, Arizona Police Officers Standards and Training, Smith & Wesson Academy, Sig-arms Academy, National Rifle Association, and Federal Emergency Management Administration [FEMA]. Wes has studied adult education and human performance extensively, and has an extensive background in training emergency services professionals, with years of training, teaching, and operational experience. Wes holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice Administration , with a minor in Educational Psychology and is a member of various professional associations, including the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI), the American Society of Law Enforcement Training (ASLET), the National Rifle Association (NRA), the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), the Military Police Regimental Association (MPRA), and the International Association of Counter Terrorism and Security Professionals (IACTSP). Wes has drawn on his training and experience to put this program together, as well as his years of service as an emergency coordinator and force protection specialist, in Arizona and the U.S. Military. This particular program is designed to integrate completely and seamlessly with the existing emergency management and unified command programs, utilized by major emergency service providers through out the country, specifically the Federal Emergency Management Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Transportation Safety Board and the U.S. Coast Guard.
