Improving Professional Performance

Training Goals and Objectives

The goal of the training program is to establish or re-establish positive communication techniques to improve professional performance and reduce complaints regarding discourtesy.  Professionalism through communication and displays of character and ethics help to reduce the liabilities for the individual as well as the agency.  In addition, this training will also provide techniques in communication to de-escalate persons involved in difficult and dangerous situations.
